Through this series, beginners can gain a solid foundation in these practices and begin to experience the positive effects in their own lives.
In my practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I bring a unique perspective that stems from my diverse background and personal journey. I firmly believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself, and this belief forms the core of my TCM approach. I view all symptoms as significant and consider healing to be a process of listening to the body, working with the individual, and restoring balance to the body's systems. It is a privilege for me to be able to use TCM as a tool to assist people in living healthier lives.
