Wisdom in Monsaraz

Because evolving, learning, and growing is what drives us.

Angela Warburton is a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and women’s wellness guide who weaves Eastern wisdom, nervous system science, and intuitive feminine healing to help women move through midlife with grace, vitality, and joy.

Her approach is both grounded and soulful — blending the practical tools of body regulation with the deep nourishment of feminine restoration.

Each day is designed to support your whole being — body, mind, spirit, and soul. There’s a gentle rhythm between connection and quiet, learning and rest, depth and delight. Nothing is rushed; everything invites you to exhale and attune to your own natural pace. Each day will have a mix of the following:

  • Morning

    • Morning Tea & Quiet Arrival – Ease into the day with a gentle awakening.
    • Embodiment & Energy Practice – Movement, breathwork, and reflection to connect to your body’s rhythm and set your intention for the day.
    • Breakfast – Nourishing, seasonal food prepared with care.
    • Morning Session – Teachings and experiential practices exploring themes like Yin–Yang balance, hormonal harmony, nervous system restoration, and the dance between feminine and masculine energies.
  • Afternoon

    • Lunch & Rest Time – Time to eat slowly, nap, walk in nature, or journal.
    • Essential Oil Journey or Healing Practice – Guided emotional and energetic healing through scent, acupressure, and heart-based reflection.
    • Solo Exploration – Space for silence, rest, or self-guided integration practices.
  • Evening

    • Dinner – Grounding, nourishing food and conversation.
    • Evening Circle or Ritual – Sharing insights, gentle meditation, or creative expression to anchor the day’s learning.
    • Quiet Hours – Candlelight, journaling, or early sleep — whatever your body is calling for.

(Each day we gently build from restoration and nourishment toward deeper connection, clarity, and embodiment — ending in a sense of renewal and radiant alignment.)
