The journey unfolds over 4 transformative months, designed to meet you exactly where you are while guiding you toward where you're meant to be.
Spring and Fall Cohorts
Your Program Experience Includes:
7 Soul-Nourishing Modules that guide you through reclaiming your energy, embracing your changing body, and connecting with your deepest wisdom—each one a stepping stone on your path to radiance.
Bi-Weekly Live Circle Calls where questions find answers, struggles find support, and you connect deeply with women who understand. These intimate group calls (with no more than 12 women) create a space for deep connection, personalized coaching, and meaningful community. You’ll have the option to join morning or evening sessions, so you can choose the time that fits best with your life.
Weekly Activations that move teachings from your head to your heart—journal reflections that unlock insights, meditations that quiet the noise, and holistic practices that awaken your body's wisdom.
Practical Tools for Real Transformation including worksheets that clarify your journey, resources that support your exploration, and exercises that build new pathways in body, mind, and spirit.
Program Structure:
Twice a month, you'll receive a new module to immerse yourself in at your own pace. After each module, we come together for a live community call where we dive deeper into the teachings, answer your questions, and share experiences in a safe, intimate group setting.
With no more than 12 women per group, you’ll receive personalized support and build lasting connections with others on the same path.

Angela has 3 decades of training in Eastern Medicine, nutrition + dietary therapy, applied mindfulness, sacred womb work and transformational coaching — she supports an entirely holistic approach to transformation within her work.
Angela helps women cultivate a deeper understanding and relationship with themselves and the world around them. She does this by infusing her work with deep compassion, humour, practical and realistic tools, and as much joy as possible.
