Retreat Theme + Focus Our retreat theme aligns with the essence of fall based on Eastern Medicine philosophy which involves stripping away the non-essential and connecting with what truly inspires and nourishes you.
We will explore the themes of nourishment, the art of receiving as it relates to the sacred feminine, replenishment, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom so you can live your most authentic, inspired and radiant life.
The retreat will be a blend of group practices, solo reflection, and exploratory excursions, with ample downtime to rest and savour the beauty of Sardina.

- 7:30-8:30 AM: Self-serve breakfast
- 9:00-11 AM: Meditation, teachings + practice
- 11:00 AM-12:30 PM: Integration time and moments of solitude
- 12:30-1:30 PM: Delectable lunch showcasing local cuisine + flavours
- 2:00-4:00 PM: Guided local walk and connecting with local land + nature
- 4:30-6:00 PM: Rest and relaxation period
- 7:00-8:00 PM: Dinner either at the retreat location or in town
- 8:30-9:30 PM: Optional circle reflection and sharing sessions for deeper connection or self-reflection and rest
Angela brings over 25 years of holistic healing and clinical practice in Eastern medicine, with a specialization in feminine-focused leadership and coaching, sacred womb work, and exploring the divine masculine and feminine energies and how they relate to the modern woman. Leveraging expertise in somatic bodywork, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy, Angela guides women through healing from cultural conditioning, particularly during the transformative stages of midlife and menopause. Her holistic approach nurtures the complete woman—body, mind, spirit, and soul—empowering them to embrace authentic alignment and vitality in their lives so they can radiate as the unique and brilliant being they were born to be.
Maria's journey into healing began in her twenties as a tourist guide, fueling her passion for connecting people with diverse cultures. Transitioning to leading foreign groups throughout Italy, she gained a deep understanding of appreciating different origins and identities. This early experience laid the foundation for her later work as a therapist and coach, empowering women to embrace their inner truth and unlock their potential. With over 25 years of experience, Maria combines transformational coaching with meditation and somatic work, offering a women-centered pathway to self-discovery and empowerment. Through her guidance, clients break free from societal constraints and contribute to a more inclusive world
